2.6.21 Generic Printed Chicken Nuggets

Recently, KFC officially announced a partnership with a Russian research laboratory called 3D Bioprinting Solutions to start working on “the meat of the future.” In other words, lab-grown chicken, adorned with all of the breading and spices needed to “achieve the signature KFC taste.”
Though it might sound like the resumption of some abandoned Cold War-era project, the goal is to combine chicken cells and plant material to faithfully recreate both the taste and texture of chicken meat without having to, you know, kill any chickens. If successful, that’s reason enough to give this production method a shot.
Humanity could reap the benefits of 3D printed chicken as well. KFC claims that “biomeat” has other nutritional and environmental benefits. The 3D printing process allows for the creation of “chicken” without needing any of the additives or antibiotics that have become a hallmark of large-scale or factory farming.
Unsurprisingly, it’s also better for the planet. KFC cites a study from the American Environmental Science & Technology Journal that claims this sort of lab-grown meat releases 25 times less greenhouse gas and 100 times less land than traditional farming methods. Sounds like it could go a lot further than simply changing cow diets.

This handsome 90 pound guy is Tyson! Tyson is a 5-year-old neutered male pit bull mix who came to us when his owner passed away. This friendly goofball is looking for an active home that can provide him with plenty of exercise, as he could benefit from losing a few pounds :)
He is strong and can play a little rough sometimes so ideally he would need an experienced dog owner and to go to a teen/adult only home. He could potentially go home to another dog that can handle his high energy self. He would prefer to not live with cats though. He loves running around our yard and rolling around for belly rubs! We often look at a court case from a thousand feet above and sometimes forget the people involved
and how they may look at their case.
Their are always tough situations for a police officer to assess when responding to a 911 call. Many men feel they are not treated fairly when a domestic allegation arises where the police are involved.
This may or maynot be true, but either way, he is in the defendant’s seat. I understand his frustration, but it is a major
reason why we have trials. As a social worker and a private investigator, I understand why people often feel wronged.
With that said, I encouraged my client to be proactive, acknowledge the relationship maynot be a healthy one, and for us to find a way to get a positive outcome! It is possible,
