7.31.21 Revolution Hall In Lexington

Lexington Welcomes New Craft Food Halls Location
Craft Food Halls are a new way to dine, imbibe and enjoy. Like a food court, guests can visit one venue and choose from many options – something to eat, something to drink and something to do. While all under the Craft Food Halls umbrella, each location has its own name – Revolution Hall in Lexington is it’s newest location with a nod to Lexington’s role in America’s founding and fight for independence.
Like its sister location Craft Food Hall Project in Waltham, Revolution Hall utilizes the power of a self-serve beer and wine wall to keep the guests and employees safer by reducing touchpoints and limiting interactions. Revolution Hall in Lexington offers customers 30 self-pour taps of local craft beers and the ability to pay by the ounce.
Their menu includes sous vide cooking, also known as low temperature long time (LTLT) cooking, is a method of cooking in which food is placed in a plastic pouch or a glass jar and cooked in a water bath for longer than usual cooking times as well as pizzas from an international award-winning chef, and tasty, functional nutrition and Ayurvedic foods. This accompanies the pour-your-own beer and wine stations and areas for table tennis and cornhole. The business utilizes PourMyBeer’s integration with point of sale leader, Toast.
Gardy Desrouleaux, the Managing Partner of Craft Food Halls Project, is excited to share the possibilities the space holds, saying, “Craft Food Halls’ newest location, Revolution Hall in Lexington promises to bring escapism to by way of diverse food options, an elevated pour your own beer and wine selection and loving team members. Considering our current climate, our space offers seven garage doors that are 12 feet tall, along with two patio areas. This open air concept allows for maximum natural air flow which follows the guidelines set by the local, state and national health departments.”
Due to these advanced design considerations, Revolution Hall is only one of two establishments in Massachusetts recognized as an open-air eatery. Most of the walls are actually movable garage doors, and the outdoor seating is nearly double what most restaurants offer. The process of entering, ordering, and being served is different than a traditional restaurant thanks to the PourMyBeer & Toast POS integration. Guests order food using a QR code and are notified to pick up food via text. Front line workers are there mostly to cook and focus on the customers’ needs.
The beverage wall empowered by PourMyBeer technology presents a much safer solution for guests as they are serving themselves, eliminating the need for a waiter or server to handle drinks. Guests can refill their beers and wines independently. Revolution Hall will still be following additional safety protocol, including masks and distancing, in addition to these additional measures regarding airflow and reduced touchpoints.
Revolution Hall is open at 3 Maguire Road, Lexington, MA 02421.

This is Find a Forever Home For Teddy’s Friends, brought to you by Cantiani Insurance Group.. with locations at 318 Plantation Street and East Douglas Insurance at 306 Main Street Douglas .. and anytime at CantianiAgency.com … this week's candidate is a 3 year, 4 month old male mixed breed ..named Joey.. Joey comes in at 75 lbs and is in foster at the moment.. so if you are Looking for a new adventure buddy? A court jester? A couch companion? A playful pal? A loving friend? This giant goofball is your guy.. he’s looking for an experienced dog owner to call his own. Joey has the best butt wiggle and will always show you just how happy he is to see you!
We think that Joey may not have the best auditory hearing, but that does not seem to slow him down in life at all and he will gladly show you that! He is happiest when he has a toy to wrestle with and could entertain himself for hours. But spending time with people is just as good as playtime for Joey!
He will gladly jump up to sit with you, and is not shy about getting comfy right in your lap. He loves to play and romp around with female dogs. He prefers to be the only boy. We think Joey would be happiest in a home as the only animal, to be the center of attention, or with a canine sister! But no feline friends for this guy!
Joey has his moments of getting overly excited (who doesn't?) but can easily be redirected when needed, as he is both toy and treat motivated. Having a fenced in yard is not a requirement but would be helpful for his adjustment to a home! Though he does well on a leash and loves his walks! He needs an adult-only household with people who are ready to continue training with him and set him up for success. If you are looking for a playful buddy to hang out with, check out Teddy Goodpup’s Fabebook page for more info, pictures and to link over to Bay Path humane society in Hopkinton
to learn more of sweet Joey! You won't regret it, as Joey will quickly become your BFF!

LPDAM Case Files: Outcomes
With your 30+ years of experience in legal support Services, I have a special question for you today. What are some of the reason’s cases seem go well and others with the same set of facts don’t?
SEAN:
This is great question Joe! I have concluded that in most cases; it comes down to good communication between the client and their lawyer; as well as the client’s understanding of the court process. These two simple things can have a real impact on an outcome. In
fact, a clear sign that communication issues exist is when you talk to the Client & lawyer, and both complain about the others’ inabilities to get something done.
Winners have a team approach Joe! There is always a lot of finger pointing when there is a breakdown in services and responsibilities with either one or both lawyer & client.
This often leads to non-beneficial plea agreements or longer sentences after a guilty finding. Lack of communication usually results in the client being underrepresented and
can impact that person for the rest of their life through limited employment or housing opportunities. It’s not intentional, it just happens.
The second piece of this puzzle involves the client’s understanding of how it works in the courts; also known as “the procedure.” I question I often get from clients is “do you think the lawyer is screwing me?” Because they saw their attorney talking to the
opposing counsel or laugh at a side bar conversation. When you’re so dependent on another person to be your voice, you start to feel helpless and vulnerable.
The anxiety associated with these feelings can cause a client to feel isolated & detached. When this happens, the client stops assisting in their own defense and bad outcomes typically
follow.
JOE:
This makes sense Sean. Is there a solution to improve one’s chances of winning a case or getting a positive outcome?
SEAN:
Joe, the solution is social work advocates who possess a base knowledge of the court system; understand the elements of a crime; and have exceptional motivational and communication skills. We need to invest in our community, through quality methods to
help people learn how to respond better; navigate through the court system; and provide the lawyer, the tools necessary to provide quality representation without
interference.
As with the social workers of the world, LPDAM takes a lot of pride in what we do as professional investigators. We get facts into the courtroom! Our work stands up in court!
“Remember, you’re in good hands with LPDAM.”
