Now tell me—when did we decide that unelected judges get to override national security decisions?

Folks, this is judicial rule, not judicial review. The Constitution gives the executive branch authority over immigration, and one leftist judge doesn’t get to change that because he doesn’t like Trump’s policies. We’ll discuss why judicial overreach is one of the biggest threats to our Republic and why Trump’s pushback is not lawlessness, but leadership.

Identity theft and fraud are running rampant, and yet, instead of fixing the system, what does FEMA do? They close applications early, making it harder for real victims to get help.

This is what happens when government gets too big, too bloated, and too incompetent to do the basics: help real victims and stop fraudsters. We’ll talk about how this kind of government mismanagement has been a recurring theme, from Hurricane Katrina to COVID relief fraud—and why smaller government is always the better solution.

Transgender Athletes and Trump’s Crackdown on Woke Universities

Speaking of government money going where it shouldn’t—let’s talk about the University of Pennsylvania losing $175 million in funding over their radical woke policies that let men compete in women’s sports.

Trump signed an executive order banning this nonsense, and Penn defied it—so he cut their funding. And you know what? Some of Lia Thomas’ own former teammates came out and applauded the decision.

These young women—Grace Estabrook, Margot Kaczorowski, and Ellen Holmquist—said Penn stole their opportunities, endangered them, and ignored their rights. This is exactly what happens when universities put ideology over fairness, and I say: Good for Trump for standing up for biological women.
